To ensure that fairness is present to both parties, The Champs llc and the buyer, refunds may only be requested if the product has not been applied to the users account (If there was an error on our end, and the credits were not applied to your account because of the error, then you may request a full refund). Otherwise, the buyer/user may withdraw their account balance to their Venmo or Google Pay account.
A cancellation policy is not necessary because there is no subscription or reservation purchased while using this website.
